Do I have to pay anything when I make my reservation?
No, when your make your reservation you do not have to pay anything in advance, the payment will be taken when we make your contract for the rental of the vehicle
Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes, you can cancel your reservation at any time and without cost, if you do cancel your reservation you would be very much appreciate it if you do this by e-mail: email@example.com please indicate your reservation number.
Where do I pick up my vehicle?
If you arrive at the airport, a courtesy coach will pick you up free of charge and take you to our offices for vehicle pick up.
Please note that in order to rent your car you will have to indicate a valid flight number on the booking form.
Can I know in advance what vehicle I am going to receive?
The reservation is made with a group of vehicles, all vehicles have similar characteristics in each group, at the moment of picking up the vehicle can I ask for a specific model, if that vehicle is available, naturally you can have that vehicle. If the reserved vehicle is not available you can upgrade you automatically to a superior category to your reservation with no extra cost.
What does the insurance cover?
All our rentals include a third party cover and civil responsibility.
Our insurance does not cover the following damages:
- Wheels and tires
- Glass of any type
- Undercarriage of the vehicle
- Any loss or damaged keys
- Cleanliness of the inside of the vehicle
- Roof of the vehicle
- Damage to the engine due to negligence
- Recharge of the battery due to negligence
- Any tow truck service of the vehicle due to negligence
You have the possibility to insure the above mentioned items at the moment you make out your rent a car contract.
Can I contract any additional insurance?
In the moment you make out the rental contract, you have the possibility to upgrade your insurance to full risk, there exists different types of insurance which cover different risks and you can consult the prices of these insurances at the time of rental.
Can I check the total cost before making the booking?
Yes, you can see the total cost of the rental before you make your booking, all you have to do is enter the details of your reservation and you will see the full cost of each group vehicles.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
You can contact our reservation center to let them know the delay and new hour of arrival, the reservation will be modified without any extra cost for you.
Can any other person drive the vehicle?
At the time of making your rental contract, you should specify any extra driver of the vehicle only driver included in the rental contract are authorized to drive the vehicle and you will be informed of the cost for additional driver.
Where I am allowed to drive my vehicle?
The vehicles of Del Paso Car hire can be driven freely in Peninsula of Spain, there is an additional insurance in case you wish to go to Portugal or Gibraltar.
Do I have 24 hours road assistance included?
Del Paso rent a car have at your disposition a 24 hours road assistance service, 365 days of the year.
